Who I Am
I started my journey to become a therapist while working in special education. The students I worked with inspired me with their determination to overcome challenges and succeed based on their strengths. I earned my doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley for my education and training. I then began my career as a school psychologist in 2018 and later completed my training to start practicing privately in 2023.
I specialize in working with families and individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism. I offer short-term therapy focused on building skills, using techniques from cognitive behavior therapy, positive psychology, and dialectical behavior therapy.
